Behavior Technician Responsibilities and Requirements:


  • High School Diploma Required
  • Previous experience working with children Required

Reliable Personal Transportation Required:

Travel between client home and/or community setting Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with families and teammates
  • Implement programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, selfhelp, social, and play skills
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
  • Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
  • Work involves playing with children including but not limited to walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, and carrying up to 25 lbs in settings such as a home floor.
  • Diligently attending to the safety of the patient and surroundings is required.
