$7,000 Sign-on BonusWork just 3-5 days each week, 40 hours wk, during evenings & overnights (with sleeping segments of overnight shifts).
Are you looking for a rewarding career working with children with autism? The New England Center for Children (NECC), is looking for individuals who are passionate about helping our students lead more independent lives.
We provide a comprehensive structure to help children and young adults with autism through evidence-based services in home-based, day, and residential programs, in unison with ongoing research on educational best practices.
Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) work in our residential program and collaborate with a team of professionals to instruct students in general curriculum areas including communication, social skills, activities of daily living (i.e.
They are also trained in medication administration (MAP), student/van transportation, and verbal and physical de-escalation of challenging behaviors (CALM training), allowing our students to effectively communicate their needs, improve their problem-solving skills, and maintain their well-being.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
CPR training completion through NECC within 6 months of employment
Successful completion of NECC training - Physical and Verbal De-escalation training (CALM) and Medication Administration training (ability to get MAP Certified)
