- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of the Financial, Planning & Analysis team
- Lead the Implementation and configuration of Netsuite Budgeting and Planning software
- Maintain revenue model, including lead funnel and student forecasts
- Maintain staff cost forecast
- Partner with functional departments to build departmental cost budgets
- Ownership of quarterly forecasts to support board reporting
- Supervise and review monthly client P&Ls, functional financial reports and non-financial reports for internal stakeholders and executives
- Responsibility for maintaining and reporting non-financial KPIs in financial reports
- Conduct profitability analysis for quarterly board meetings
- Model prospective deals to determine pricing, costs, and profitability
- Support the client engagement function in client renewal proposals
- Leverage critical thinking skills and knowledge of financial systems to support and identify system enhancements and process optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and executives
- Provide extensive ad hoc reporting, analysis and insight
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field is required
- 7+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience working with Netsuite, Tableau, and Salesforce
- Strong Financial modeling experience
- Strong analytic capability and propensity for continuous improvement
- Must have the ability to concisely/effectively communicate with manager and key constituents in formal and informal settings.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills

Position: Director of FP&A
Everspring is a leading provider of education technology and service solutions. We are seeking an analytical, strategic, leader to join our finance team as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. As a strategic finance partner, you will run the annual and quarterly budget and forecast processes, collaborate with every team at Everspring to perform financial analysis, and build financial and operating models to support new business initiatives and key tactical and strategic decisions for the company.
This role supervises a financial analyst to conduct the aforementioned FP&A work streams.
You will join Everspring as a key team player as we build and expand the sophistication of our financial processes, enabling us to effectively scale our business.
This position reports to the VP of Finance and is based in Chicago, Illinois. Everspring operates in a hybrid work model .
