We are currently seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as the Director of Life Enrichment.

Responsibilities:

As the Director of Life Enrichment, you will be responsible for:

Designing, planning, and implementing a diverse range of activities and programs for residents of all ages and abilities.
Collaborating with staff and residents to identify interests and preferences to tailor activities accordingly.
Managing the activities budget and ensuring costeffective implementation of programs.
Building and maintaining relationships with community organizations to enhance the variety of available activities.
Leading a team of activity coordinators and providing guidance and support.
Evaluating the success of programs and making adjustments as needed to continually improve resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in planning and executing activities in a community or similar setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Leadership experience, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when developing new and engaging programs.
