The Menomonee Club Executive Director
The MenomoneeClub, in existence since 1946 in Chicago's Lincoln Park and Old Town neighborhoods, seeks an executive director to lead the organization while preserving and fostering the sense of community and caring for which the Club is known.
The Club serves over 2,000 participants per year providing children and families with quality recreation and enrichment activities that foster growth and development.
Executive Director Job Responsibilities:
- Plans, organizes, and directs the organization's operations and programs.
- Provides leadership to and manages the organization's staff.
- Develops, guides and oversees fundraising endeavors utilizing marketing strategies and a visionary approach to propel revenue growth and meet or exceed strategic goals and objectives.
- Develops and implements consistent accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics.
- Oversees and reports on the organization's results to the board of directors.
- Prepares accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate to the board of directors the organization's fundraising, programming and other results, variances, and performance trends.
- Supervises the development of operationsbased financial modeling.
- Coordinates and leads annual budget review, monthly and quarterly financial reviews, and periodic forecast updates.
- Retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and volunteers by providing career coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Ability to strengthen our volunteer network to increase the impact of our mission and programming.
- Be a catalyst for positivity and for the continuing mission of The Menomonee Club.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in recreational programming
- 10 or more years of nonprofit management experience in an operational environment
- 5 or more years management or supervisory experience
- 5 or more years of proven largescale fundraising ability
- Must pass a comprehensive background check
Pay:
$110, $120,000.00 per year
