    Company & Position:

    Responsibilities:


    - Provide help desk support for end-user IT issues, covering workstations, laptops, mobile devices, software, and applications.

    - Monitor daily operations to maintain high service and operational standards.- Prioritize and troubleshoot incoming support requests via the Service Desk Ticketing system.- Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents or escalate as per procedures.- Update service desk resources and databases-Participate in training sessions for new products and applications.- Stay updated on evolving technologies and security measures.- Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.- Generate monthly service level reports and analyze incidents for quick resolution.- Address and escalate customer issues with comprehensive documentation.

    Qualifications - Required:AS/AD/TTI certificationA+ certification1+ years' experience in IT helpdesk and customer serviceStrong communication skills and strategic thinking
    Qualifications - Highly Desired:BA/BS degreeFederal government background
    Compensation:$37,000 - $65,000/yr based on experience and skills.
