    Description

    Legal Senior Onsite Service Specialist

    Looking for a Corporate HR Specialist to provide direct hands-on support in a legal office environment. The position involves various office support tasks ranging from copy, production, and scanning, to mail and shipping, records support, floor support, hospitality assistance, conference room set up, and scheduling. A high level of presentation, interpersonal etiquette, and customer service skills are required to interact effectively with senior level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, and staff. This role reports to a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or an Assistant Site Manager.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Possess a legal background to understand client matter work flow, including charge back processes and legal technologies
    • Knowledge of legal records management processes and court system operations
    • Assist in scheduling equipment, labor, and supplies for offsite trials

    OTHER DUTIES

    • Provide professional support to executive level end users
    • Accurately produce jobs and projects within tight deadlines
    • Operate copier equipment and perform various tasks including filing and scanning

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal industry preferred
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance

    SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Working knowledge of copier equipment and repair
    • Understanding of shipping/receiving procedures and basic electronics
    • Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    • Exposure to copier/fax machine noise and various weather conditions
    • Physical demands may include standing, walking, bending, lifting heavy items, and pushing machinery
    • Dealing with tight deadlines can lead to high stress levels
