    Description
    We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented IT Service Desk Specialist to support our US Courts client.

    Duties and responsibilities include:


    The IT Service Desk Specialist - Communication Services is a pivotal team member responsible for comprehensive support in IT service onboarding projects, strategic requirements, and service improvements, with a specialized focus on Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and proficiency in Cisco VoIP environments, including Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).

    Operating within the framework of industry best practices and the AO's IT Project Management Framework, the Specialist actively contributes to integration, scope, time, cost, communications, risk, and stakeholder management activities.

    This includes executing project charters, managing schedules, estimating costs, implementing communication plans, and addressing risks, emphasizing AD DS integration and Cisco VoIP environments.

    The role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders, ensuring project adherence to constraints, and supporting the timely closure of projects while aligning with Microsoft and Cisco technologies.

    The IT Service Desk Specialist - Communication Services plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall success of the EOC Onboarding Services Team (EOST) by efficiently managing tasks through project lifecycle phases and achieving organizational goals, with expertise in communication services related to Microsoft Active Directory and proficiency in supporting Cisco VoIP environments.


    Required Qualifications :
    Current Cisco VoIP certification or 3+ years' experience supporting Cisco VoIP environment, including Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX)
    Bachelor's degree required
    Prefer experience working at US Courts
    ITILv4 certification desired
    ServiceNow experience and/or certification(s) desired
    Cisco certification(s) desired
    Experience working with US Courts preferred

    Clearance Requirement :
    Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
    *This position is contingent on contract award to Gunnison Consulting.
