- Lead Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assist with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
- Promote Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
- Innovate Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
- Build Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
- Learn Receive training and support from our awesome leadership to team to grow with the company.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required
- Must meet state education and experience requirements for child care director.
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.
- Compensation based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
- Director in Training: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
- Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) provided for full-time employees, Limited medical offered for part-time workers

The DIT works alongside the Center Director to promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children and work with the staff to create a warm, inspiring environment, while keeping parents informed and engaged. The DIT will shadow an existing Director to learn company systems and best practices before moving to their own school.
