ViewSonic is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to join our Information Technology team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing and enhancing our IT and business processes and the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions.
He / She will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
Day to Day ResponsibilitiesBusiness partnering with business users and departments to improve their operation efficiency by using IT technologies and solutions
Translate business processes into system requirements and/or development of IT solutions.
Analyze new business requirements and assist with the feasibility of enhancement requests, system functionality, current system use, and user needs.
Work with the development team in Asia to build and maintain applicationsCreate and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records
Communicate and coordinate effectively with peers and management
Develop instructional materials, training, and job aids. Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems
Perform other duties as required
Your Profile
5+ years IT business analyst experience
Good command of the Mandarin language in speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of, computer system capabilities, business processes, and workflow.
Strong understanding of the enterprise application development life cycle.
Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically.
Software development experience will be a BIG Plus
