Remote (travel once a week to southern CA)

WAGE RANGE*:
$40-55/hr

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, objectives, and goals.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business process documentation, including process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful implementation.
Assist in the design and development of new business models, strategies, and initiatives.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to management.
Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of business initiatives.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of new systems and processes.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
Proficient in business analysis techniques and tools, such as process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Technical Skills

Strong Microsoft Dynamics AX skills
Knowledge of industry-standard business analysis frameworks, such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma, is a plus.
Proficiency in using business analysis software and tools, such as Microsoft Office suite, Visio, or Jira.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

While an hourly range is posted for this position, an eventual hourly rate is determined by a comprehensive salary analysis which considers multiple factors including but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills and qualifications, education and experience as compared to others in the organization doing substantially similar work, if applicable, and market and business considerations.
