We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst (BA) to help deliver Automotive Technology (Telematics Systems) and R&D projects, involving but not limited to the Mobile App space. The Technical Business Analyst (BA) will have strong problem-solving skills and is familiar with Agile SDLC and Scrum methodologies. He/she will work directly with internal Software Development, Design, and Project Management teams in Southern California, Japan, and China in addition to being the on-site technical lead facing the client on occasional basis. This position is located in Long Beach, CA on a hybrid work arrangement.

Role and Responsibilities
:
- Capture of client, internal, and thirdparty business, and functional requirements
- Perform functional and/or technical analysis of business requirements and document the results
- Document requirements via use case methodology, including process mapping and flowcharts
- Develops technical documentation that includes flow charts, sequence diagrams, mapping documents, and specification documents.
- Help to manage key project stakeholders (client, internal and external)
- Serve as liaison between Development/Programming and business owners when capturing requirements.
- Use analytical skills to identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
- Lead Testing and Quality Assurance activities. Thoroughly test and document all changes resulting from maintenance and enhancement upgrades.
- Articulate and communicate information effectively to diverse audiences in a clear and easytounderstand manner.
- Support in translation and interpretation of the requirements, requests, and comments from the client to the Design, Development and Business Teams
- Occasional visits to client site

Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business field, preferred.
- 2 + year(s) of working experience in fields related to Mobile App development, automobile manufacturing, Engineering, QA or software development.
- Experience with customer presentations and relationship management
- Experience working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment that requires a selfstarter approach and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills
- Data Analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) and other necessary soft tools to produce the required material (documentation) for the project.
- Experience working in the field of App development or other IT related areas as a technical lead or project manager is preferred but not required.
- Experience with client presentations and relationship management is preferred but not required.
- Japanese language skills preferred but not required.
