    **Full Time Position or Part Time Positions Available**

    **$16-$18 starting wage based on availability and experience**

    **Our Supervisors** are Leaders. They are sales driven and support the management team in the sales, customer engagement and operation of our Castle Megastore.

    **What you will do:**

    Serve as the manager on duty as scheduled

    Drive sales. All the time. If you want a non-selling job, this isnt it.

    Delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a professional environment.

    Provide a terrific engagement experience to our customers on a consistent basis.

    We also embrace change, so be ready to take on new challenges and learn new things regularly.

    **Requirements**

    **What We Need:**

    Must be at least 18 years old

    1 year experience in retail leadership role preferred

    Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates in person and via e-mail and telephone

    Ability to intermittently lift, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/move for entire shift

    Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist and safely climb up/down a ladder

    Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
