Overview
As Talent Acquisition Generalist, you hold a vital role in ensuring the company hires and retains the right talent to execute and achieve company mission and business objectives.
Emphasis will be on hiring experienced CNC Machinist talent but will also include recruiting across the spectrum of all roles.
You will also manage the onboarding process so that new hires feel welcome and supported.You will embrace a partnership approach collaborating closely with department heads and members of the leadership team to address immediate and future talent needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilizes effective full cycle recruiting methods and strategies to attract, assess, and hire the talent needed to execute business operations and meet company objectives
- Embraces a partnership approach by cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with business leaders to identify the skills and abilities needed in each open position
- Works with department heads to finetune and create meaningful job summaries and job descriptions
- Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring team members ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
- Collaborates with hiring managers to extend job offers, negotiate terms, facilitate the offer acceptance process, and prepare offer letters
- Manages the preboarding and onboarding process including facilitating background checks, collecting new hire documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and tracking training during the onboarding process
Experience and Education:
- 4+ years fullcycle recruitment experience with the ability to hire CNC machinist talent and other roles
- Experience recruiting within the aerospace and defense sectors is preferred
- Knowledgeable of effective preboarding and onboarding methods
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, job posting sites, and webbased search
- 4year degree preferred
Compensation:
$65-75K
