- Making outbound calls to 'onboard' new customers into Connection's Small Business Program, including set-up on the Small Business Web Center and Net terms accounts.
- Prospect new Small Business opportunities from pool of targeted leads provided.
- Handle incoming calls from targed Small Business Customers.
- Respond to 'QuickQuotes' and information requests from customers through the Web Center, or directly.
- Ensure account retention and growth by communicating with 'OnBoarded' customers to sell additional products, services or new programs as a means of penetrating and developing long term account relationships.
