    SUMMARY
    Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. Provides analytical support for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.

    Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.

    Assists in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

    Responsibilities

    Support the modeling, refreshing, and analysis of the company's initiatives relative to current business and future business opportunities.

    Assist in general corporate finance activities, including the evaluation of capital structure alternatives, growth/strategic initiatives, and various value adding processes/analyses.

    Ad-hoc financial analysis for departmental leads, providing insight on forecast vs actuals, cost structure, margins, and operational optimization.
    Creating, analyzing, and maintaining dashboards in Power BI for use throughout the organization.
    Assess new business opportunities, analyze financial outcomes, and assist with new areas of growth.
    Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
    Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
    1+ years of professional experience in FP&A and/or corporate finance
    Advanced modeling skills, including buildout of full company operating and financial models.
    Proven ability to interact and influence effectively with all levels of the organization, and drive alignment on financial targets.
    Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
