Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Asset Management Analyst. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and managing real estate assets to optimize performance and ensure strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial analysis of real estate assets, including valuation and performance metrics.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize the value of the real estate portfolio.

Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

Assist in the oversight of construction activities across the portfolio.

From time-to-time, help to underwrite and assess purchase opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

Proven experience in real estate asset management.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
