    Description


    Unity Search has partnered with a large publicly traded real estate company seeking a Financial Analyst on a contract basis.

    There is a great potential for this to convert to a permanent position.


    In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our real estate growth by providing in-depth financial analysis and driving strategic decision-making for our multifamily portfolio.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare comprehensive financial reports (actuals vs. budget) for accurate financial tracking
    Lead the 2025 budget process for our multifamily assets
    Facilitate monthly audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis for current and future real estate projects

    Top Skills & Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (highly preferred)
    Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial analysis or business analytics
    Real estate experience, preferably with a focus in multifamily
    Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.
    Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
    Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
    Yardi
