    Michael Page has partnered with a national real estate investment firm that is seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisitions Analyst to join their team in the Dallas area.

    This individual will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the real estate acquisitions cycle from cradle to grave.

    Description

    Our client is a national real estate investment firm that owns and operates a wide variety of commercial real estate assets across the US.

    The Acquisitions Analyst will perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for acquisitions opportunities.

    The Acquisitions Analyst will be responsible for analysis, underwriting new investment opportunities, performing due diligence, market research, and assisting the asset management team.


    Other responsibilities:
    Maintain and run financial models on potential acquisitions using Argus / Excel
    Create sophisticated analyses for tracking and reviewing returns and performance
    Assist with screening and evaluating investment opportunities. Perform due diligence on new
    investment opportunities through research and financial modeling
    Consolidate, analyze and model financial data including budget analysis and income statement forecasting.
    Update and complete various investor reports, including financial snapshots and qualitative summaries
    Modeling and analyzing financial data regarding refinancing, acquisitions and/or disposition of investments
    Prepare and present reporting to executives and committees
    Profile
    The ideal candidate must have the following:3+ years experience for Analyst level in Real Estate, Finance, or Investments with exceptional Excel modeling skills
    Undergraduate degree with high GPA (3.5 plus)
    Skilled communicator- written and verbal
    Should have experience using Argus Enterprise
    Must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines
    Strong preference for candidates who have retail and/or mixed use acquisitions experience.
    Job Offer

    My client offers the following benefit package:
    Competitive base salary + bonus ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 depending on experience/level.
    PTO and company holidays
    Health care coverage
