Role: What could you be doing?

Assist in the daily workflow related to budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, and management/investor reporting. This position will report to the Director of Finance and Accounting. You will assist in various activities, including quarterly reporting, financial modeling, and market research and analytics. This position will regularly interact with the executive management teams, including responding to direct inquiries, communicating results, and providing perspective on analyses. A proactive and adaptive attitude is required for this evident role. Does this sound like you?

Understand the firm's modeling framework and underlying business forecasting.
Research market and industry trends and patterns
Analyze current and past financial performance
Prepare reports and projections based on analyses
Prepare investor presentations and external compliance metrics
Coordinate, assist, and review new proposed developments or businesses
Special projects
All other duties as assigned

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or similar degree
0-2 years of accounting or finance experience
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to work full time in office

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding of and ability to analyze financial statements
Programming experience, such as VBA
Real estate industry experience
