    Hanwha Vision America (HVA) is seeking a Manager of Corporate Strategy to drive success of Hanwha Vision's product and solution strategy in North America. As the manager of North America Strategy, you will be responsible for developing long term business strategies to support growth and revenue, identifying weakness or opportunities in ongoing strategies and analyzing internal process and market trends.

    Responsibilities:

    • Support implementation of Hanwha Vision's mid-to-long-term strategy and planning linked with Hanwha Vision HQ.
    • Support the development and implementation of specific growth strategies and action plans that reflect customer and market requirements in North America.
    • Collaborate and partner with the HVA product management and sales team to accelerate implementation of mid-to-long-term strategy.
    • Lead various strategic initiatives, and manage select cross-functional projects
    • Identify and suggest new market opportunities, and expand solution portfolio for Hanwha Vision's long-term growth.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive landscape to identify and develop new areas of opportunity to expand to the adjacent markets.
    • Evaluate the synergy and de-synergy effect to decide whether to invest to enter new opportunity.
    • Understand and stay up-to-date on the latest industry and market trends using publicly available information including syndicated industry research and multi-client studies.
    • Field primary, quantitative research studies to understand and synthesize market trends and requirements.
    • Evaluate emerging IT Technologies such as AI, Cloud, quantum computing and IoT and understand its impact and implication on the video surveillance industry and relevant markets.
    • Monitor primary competitors' activities and market dynamics, and develop strategies to maintain or gain a competitive advantage.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
    • Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy and operations, strategic planning, market intelligence or related field for a B2C or B2B manufacturer or consulting firm.
    • Proven track record of leading and executing successful strategic initiatives.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Experience in project management to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
    • Understanding of business processes and strategies.
    • Experience in the physical security industry preferred but not required.
    • In-office attendance at Teaneck, NJ office required.
    • Travel up to 30% (local and international) and includes participation in industry shows, customer events, customer sites and Hanwha Vision HQ as required.
