Background & Purpose of the Job
Ice Cream is a category with complete interdependency between supply chain, customer development, finance, and marketing. As such this role will flex across the traditional brand marketing roles to help drive the business forward.

The person who will be successful in this position is motivated to take on lots of responsibility and driving growth.

Most importantly, this role will support the Yasso integration into the total Ice Cream portfolio, ensuring that Yasso continue its strong growth trajectory while continuing to set the pace for the better for you segment of the market.

Do
You are a passionate marketer who always puts the consumer at the center of business decisions.

The Yasso Operations Associate Brand Manager will be held accountable for creating brilliant in-market plans, delivering the forecast, and providing strategic input into developing long term strategy to sustain the core portfolio.

The role will report directly to the Yasso Operations Brand Manager.

  • Deliver brand P&L and market share results
  • Develop and execute plans to deliver growth and profit targets including launching innovation and driving the core
  • As a project leader, partner closely with crossfunctional team (Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Customer development, Finance, Marketing Innovation) to manage operations
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, tracking of market demand and marketing investment
  • Lead agency teams through ice cream season to deliver media campaigns, digital activation, social media community management and shopper marketing programs.
  • Drive the digital agenda in a highly volatile and competitive environment
  • Design and execution of brand activation and earned media campaigns
  • Manage agency and brand team meetings and communications
  • Develop briefs for shopper marketing assets
  • Manage production and deployment of assets with shopper marketing agency
  • Create customerspecific strategies for key retail channels, both in traditional retail and outofhome channels
  • Execute retail optimization programs, including management and tracking of customer sellin and ongoing execution as well as managing relationships and projects with Category Management, Customer Development, and field teams

What You'll
Need to
Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • At least 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or management required
  • Proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking, datadriven decision making, and forecasting experience required
  • Communications, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit, or consumer goods experience preferred
  • Understanding of the US retail environment, direct retail customer experience and digital marketing and/or branding experience preferred
  • Ability to operate in an unstructured, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a teambased structure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytic capability to manage & forecast volume, address business issues, chase business opportunities and make strategic recommendations
  • Clear demonstration of project management & leadership skills

Pay:
The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600.

Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.


Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible.


Long-Term Incentive (LTI):This position is LTI eligible.
