Description

The Associate, Strategic Consulting supports engagement management of broad cross-functional internal teams, including conducting interviews with internal clients, forming sophisticated hypotheses, designing and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, synthesizing conclusions and insights into recommendations, and executing strategic initiatives.

The Associate will work both independently and in close coordination with other members of CS&D, business units, strategy and marketing organizations.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Work collaboratively with colleagues and internal clients, and is also involved with presentations to internal clients
Support engagement teams in the identification, understanding and framing of complex business problems and needs
Support in the evaluation, advanced planning, analysis, solution development and execution for engagements
Mentor/manage analysts

Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

MBA (Degree), Preferred
Spring 2024 MBA graduate
High degree of comfort solving complex, openended issues with imperfect data or high degree of uncertainty

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Base Pay Range:
$112,500/yr. - $165,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
