Responsibilities:

Organizing the implementation of occupational safety and accident prevention requirements for our clients
Supporting and advising executives on occupational safety matters
Planning and conducting training and seminars on occupational health and safety
Developing training materials, internal organizational and consulting tasks, including occupational safety committee meetings, workplace inspections, risk assessments, documentation, statistics, and regulatory inspections
Analyzing workplace accidents and nearmisses
Advising on the selection and procurement of personal protective equipment

Qualifications:

Completed engineering degree or comparable technical education
Successfully completed training as a specialist for occupational safety
Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (Class B)
Proficient in digital media and MS Office applications
Structured and independent work style combined with high motivation and flexibility
Diplomatic communication skills and assertiveness
