Responsibilities:

  • You independently build relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals
  • You develop strategies for expanding and optimizing our portfolio and implement them
  • You conduct property viewings and evaluations of potential properties
  • You negotiate purchase conditions and contract agreements

Qualifications:

  • You have experience in real estate acquisition, ideally in the residential and/or commercial sector
  • You possess strong negotiation and communication skills
  • You are a team player and always act strategically
  • You have an openminded attitude and tackle challenging tasks with enthusiasm
  • You are proficient in common office applications and have experience with real estate valuation tools
  • You are fluent in German, additional languages are a plus
