We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Finance Trainee (M/F/d) to drive our company to the next level in Brundidge, AL.


As part of our 14-month fast-track finance program, designed for recent graduates and young professionals, you will have a direct impact on our success.


The program consists of four placements in core finance functions, including Controlling, Accounting, Corporate Finance, as well as an international finance team and a business team.

Your responsibilities will include gaining international work experience, building a network, and understanding cross-functional finance processes.

You will also have a mentor to guide you through the program and help define your learning goals for each placement.


To be successful in this role, you should have a strong desire to gain a solid understanding of multiple functions within the CFO department.

A bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and some knowledge of data analytics and finance systems is also necessary. Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in project management and excellent communication skills, are desired. Fluency in English and German is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. You should also be open-minded and willing to spend three months in one of our European offices.
