Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description: Seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join our team. You'll play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing clinical supervision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and exceptional clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including FBAs, to identify the causes of problem behavior and develop treatment plans.
Design and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles to address challenging behaviors and teach adaptive skills.
Provide ongoing supervision and support to behavior technicians and staff.
Analyze data to evaluate interventions, make data-driven decisions, and modify treatment plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Provide training on ABA principles and behavior management strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.
Stay updated on the latest research and ethical standards in ABA.

Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or related field.
BCBA certification from the BACB.
Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a behavior analyst.
Proven experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
Strong clinical skills in ABA, including behavior management and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and client-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
