- Manage scheduling needs for meetings, appointments, and events, updating calendars and communicating with Principals and attorneys on changes or requests.
- Function as a main point of contact to a busy team, ensuring calendars are properly managed and all necessary details are saved.
- Organize travel booking, including ground transportation, accommodations and requested agendas. Finalize expense reports with accuracy and timeliness for submission windows.
- Edit and organize legal documents, meeting notes, update client and company files, and follow up on engagement with clients.
- Work in a timely and efficient manner when tracking and delivering client bills.
- Monitor phone and email correspondence with strong judgement and discretion.
- Prepare edit and proofread presentations, documents, letters and reports, board management and communication, and assist in total client processing start to finish.
- Manage and organize necessary documents in firm's database while combing through documents for typos and grammatical errors.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and extended administrative support across the team.
