- Serves as the technical Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce engagements / Projects.
- Translates business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.
- The Salesforce Architect will be involved in the full development life cycle from technical design to development, testing, and deployment and engage and facilitate discussions with other Salesforce experts.
- Evaluate and document the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality.
- Provide a detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
- Design enterprise-level solution on Salesforce Platform using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success.
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Platform.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and security controls.
- Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs.
- Manage the execution of development, testing, and deployment plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered.
- 8+ years of experience in software and system design
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce enterprise systems implementation
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture code patterns and object-oriented design principles
- Knowledge of data architecture, identity and access management, platform security controls, and enterprise integration patterns
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II Certification
