- Modernize the National Consumer Complaint Database (NCCDB) capabilities by leveraging the Salesforce Platform
- Establish a channel for consumers, drivers, and industry professionals to submit complaints via phone, email, and web
- Oversee the complaint lifecycle (i.e., covering various complaint types and categories)
- Verify internal FMCSA users through DOT MyAccess solution and external users via
- Deploy a workflow system to monitor complaints throughout the handling process
- Ensure FMCSA staff can track the workflow system to respond to complaints promptly and efficiently
- Integrate with the data platform to store and retrieve pertinent complaint-related information
- Transfer existing complaint data to the new platform seamlessly
- Use MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform to design, develop and orchestrate APIs
- Implement the new data exchange platform for FMCSA using MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform
- Work with the Software Architect, technical team members, government stakeholders, and subject matter experts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop solutions on the Salesforce platform
- 7+ years of previous development experience with (5+ with Apex and Visualforce)
- 5+ years of extensive experience implementing in Platform, Service and Experience Cloud
- Extensive knowledge and exp. with architecture and API
- Exp. integrating with other applications
- Exp. with Lightning Web Components (LWC) framework
- Exp. with Agile development methodologies
- Exp. using MuleSoft and data pipelines
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer required
- Progressive and relevant experience
- Accredited Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Professional preferred
- Preferred certs— Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline required
