- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to understand and implement overall functional and technical specifications.
- Combine one or more COTS or GOTS products, or extend their standard functionalities to develop comprehensive business solutions.
- Develop custom services, components, or modules using advanced programming languages such as J2EE, .NET, Active Server Pages, or C++.
- Assess, plan, design, develop, test, configure, and deploy technical solutions that effectively address business challenges.
- Translate architectural designs into functional business solutions, leveraging skills in systems design, development, process automation, and technical knowledge.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure HarmonyTech remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of software and hardware components.
- Provide technical expertise and support during all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Proficiency in advanced programming languages such as J2EE, .NET, Active Server Pages, or C++.
- Strong understanding of systems design, development, and process automation.
- Experience with integrating and extending COTS or GOTS products.
- Proven ability to translate architectural designs into functional business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant solution development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
