    Build and implement custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce platformEvaluate client requirements, use cases, and other inputs to create a solution roadmap to meet client needs.

    Advises on Cloud requirements and performance capabilities.

    Utilize custom coding capabilities (Apex, Lightning Web Components) to implement technical solutions where necessaryWill provide architect, design, build, and implement applications as well as be hands on with developmentIntegrate Salesforce based solutions with external systems that provide functionality such as data interfaces, auditing/logging solutions, authentication solutions, etc.

    Apply expert knowledge of Salesforce product capabilities, including plug-ins, to advise on product selections and integrationsApply workflow, process, and data integration expertise to design an end-to-end solutionWork within and across teams to define, develop, and refine customer requirementsMust be able to assess business and technical requirements and identify process gapsWork closely with testing staff to develop well written and defined test scripts for user storiesDetermine business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deploymentParticipate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentationProduce deliverables such as solution definitions, effort estimations, requirements, test scripts, specifications, and status reportsEnsure documentation of the steps for testingSupervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of SalesforceConduct code reviewsWork with a team to groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the projectContribute to and review user stories and other requirements documentationEnsure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each storyBuild and maintain trust and respect with clientsLead teams and review solutions and recommend process integration, reporting, and data integration improvementsWill serve as the Salesforce Subject Matter Expert and be able to mentor junior level developersQualifications

    10+ years IT related experience, 3+ years of experience with SalesforceBachelor degree requiredMust be able to obtain a Secret security clearanceSalesforce development experience requiredWill have prior Lead Architect/Developer experience and has demonstrated successful leadershipExperience collaborating with customers and internal engineering teams across the SDLC to deliver solutionsExperience with technical architecture, designing, building, and implementing custom applications using the declarative customization capabilities of the Salesforce PlatformExperience architecting and designing systems to work togetherExperience with the creation of roadmapsExperience with enterprise integrationExperience with Lightning and APEXSalesforce implementation experience with at least ten implementationsSalesforce experience with CRM use cases with preferences in recruiting and onboarding HR type of business function a bonusExperience serving as a Salesforce Administrator, Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, and Platform App builderSoftware development educational background and experience with development languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX, jQuery, etcMicroservices/API experience (SOAP/REST) a bonusSalesforce certification(s) requiredExperience with Agile software development and DevSecOps a bonusExcellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and soft skillsAbility to produce quality technical documentation and analysisExperience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs
