Salesforce Development Lead - Washington, United States - Gridiron IT

Description

Gridiron is seeking a Salesforce Development Lead for a Federal Program in Washington, DC.

The Salesforce Development Lead will be part of an agile team that develops enhancements to an enterprise-grade Salesforce instance that is in the process of global deployment.

The lead will provide technical leadership/mentoring, while still being rooted in day-to-day software delivery tasks:

• Manage the development team's workload and collaborate with developers, BA's, and architects across all phases of the SDLC
• Assist in the development of technical designs and estimates for user stories
• Use strong knowledge of SF, OOP, data modeling, and systems integration to provide feedback to developers through code and architecture reviews
• Work to improve the team's alignment to modern development best practices (version control, CI/CD, unit testing, etc.)
• Monitor 3rd party integrations for necessary upgrades/maintenance
• Support the investigation & resolution of software defects
• Assist with long term project planning and help prepare AoA's that compare different solutions & approaches

In order to be considered for this role, you must have:

-2+ years Salesforce Administration

-2+ years Salesforce Development

-5+ years Software Engineering

-3+ years Technology Architecture Implementation
