Salesforce Tech Lead - Sales and Service Cloud

Must

have Team Leading experience in US Onsite for at least 2-3 years.

Experience level: 10+ (Must Have)

Salesforce Sales Cloud – 5+ years

Salesforce Service Cloud – 3+ years

As a Salesforce Tech Lead specializing in Sales and Service Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Salesforce solutions within our organization.

You will lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Salesforce instance aligns with business goals and delivers maximum value.

Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Stay abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Sales And Service Cloud Expertise

Demonstrate deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Lead the implementation and optimization of Sales Cloud for sales processes and Service Cloud for customer support processes.

Solution Design And Architecture

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Design and document technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT teams, to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Quality Assurance

Implement and enforce best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment to ensure the quality and stability of the Salesforce instance.

Conduct regular code reviews and contribute to the development of automated testing strategies.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and security models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading Salesforce development teams.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
