    Your Professional Duties:

    • Craft estate planning/administration documents
    • Meetings with clients
    • Keep the energy high by tracking tasks and following up
    • Manage databases with your expert data entry skills
    • Create impact with informative and detailed correspondence
    • Handle telephone calls with clients, financial institutions, and courts with care and professionalism
    • Elevate the client experience by preparing professional level estate planning/administration binders

    Experience & Requirements:

    • 5+ years' experience in trust and estate planning and/or administration
    • Organizational skills with an eye for detail
    • Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish, both written and spoken
    • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
    • Self-driven with an appetite for continuous skill growth
    • A compassionate and empathetic spirit
    • Full-time in-office work enthusiast (no remote or hybrid superheroes, please)
    • Ability to see the big picture and navigate the steps to success
