Legacy Counsel is an outside-the-box, family-oriented, entrepreneurial law firm with a mission of making the lives of families and small business owners better, specializing in Estate, Asset, Tax, Business, and International Planning.


Duties include:

  • Organize and process all incoming and outgoing mail, both certified and uncertified.
  • Before attorney or paralegal meetings, prepare client folders with the necessary documentation.
  • Keep the office in good shape, with a full supply cabinet.
  • Maintain a structured procedure for filing essential client papers, such as wills and corporate black books, both physically and electronically.
  • Assemble completed paperwork into binders that are expertly put together and provide the customer with electronic copies to go home.
  • Keep suitable procedures in mind when opening and shutting physical and digital files.
  • Helping in the process of getting our firm seen and heard in the community.
  • Support team members generally with legal research, document drafting, client communications, electronic filing of documents, and maintaining a seamless process.
You MUST be able to handle Word, Adobe, Teams, and Excel.


At an absolute minimum, you should have a strong work ethic, common sense, a professional appearance, and a positive demeanor.
