    We have an exciting opportunity for an Underwriting Enablement Specialist at Vouch Insurance.

    Insurance... sounds slow, old-fashioned, and unexciting. Insurance is broken, and it's failing fast-moving, innovative startups.
    Vouch is a new, technology-first insurance company backed with $185M in funding from world-class investors. Vouch is creating the go-to business insurance for high-growth companies.

    Instead of printed PDF applications and week-long waits, Vouch is building new technology to solve real problems, writing policies that actually cover relevant startup scenarios, and designing simple experiences in an otherwise frustrating industry.

    We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team and lead our Underwriting Enablement initiatives within our Operations Services team.

    Efficiency in underwriting operations

    Technology Integration:
    Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to seamlessly integrate underwriting systems with other relevant platforms.

    Process Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvement within underwriting workflows and implement solutions to increase accuracy and speed.

    Change Management:
    Develop training for underwriters to support the transition to new tools and technologies. Offer ongoing assistance to ensure their proficiency and confidence in using these tools effectively.

    Quality Assurance: 3+ Years of proven experience in underwriting operations with a focus on technology enablement and process improvement.

    ~2+ Years of underwriting experience within Commercial Lines or Specialty Underwriting.
    ~ Familiarity with underwriting systems, automation tools, and emerging technologies in the insurance industry.
    ~ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be tailored to different audiences in the business (from underwriting to operations to product).
    ~ Highly self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
    ~ Project management or product management experience
