    As aTechnical Team Lead, you will utilize your extensiveCloudknowledge and experience to design, develop and deploy solutions utilizing theCloud platforms.

    You will also spend a significant part of your time mentoring and providing direction to junior team members.

    You will work with a collaborative team by leading, mentoring and ensuring development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality.

    You will work with customer service owners, process owners, various service delivery groups, participate in demos and attend meetings in a professional and courteous manner.

    TheTechnical Team Lead is a highly experienced subject matter expert onCloud platforms with strong experience designing, developing and deploying integrations with externalthird-partytools.

    Responsibilities

    Provide solutions and thought leadership for customers using Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    Provide technical leadership to junior staff in the form of coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
    Supporting customers on core technologies used for Managed Services offerings
    Lead and oversee end-to-end cloud migration projects for our clients on the Microsoft Azure platform.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient migration processes.
    Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations.
    Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
    Architect scalable and secure cloud solutions aligned with clients' goals and industry best practices.
    Stay abreast of the latest Azure cloud offerings and recommend suitable technologies to meet client needs.
    Assist with team building through interviewing, on-boarding, and aligning of technical resources.
    Leading the creation of documentation and writtendeliverables
    Act as a consultant during client meetings, performing both business and technical discoveries.
    Engage with clients to understand their pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
    Provide strategic advice and recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.
    Obtain and maintain certifications with associatedqualifications
    Qualifications

    Proven experience in leading cloud migration projects on the Azure platform.
    Strong background in architecting and implementing Azure cloud solutions.
    Strong leadership skills (coaching, mentoring, technical leadership).
    Ability to mentor and guide team members effectively.
    Consultant mindset with the ability to engage with clients at both business and technical levels.

    Strong communication and presentation skills

    Demonstrate deep expertise on a variety of technologies used within Managed Services offerings.
    Balancing client billing responsibilities with leadership priorities.

    Depth of knowledge and experience enables contribution in a more complex/critical environment
    Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards, and / or plans
    Communicate with external customers, which may include senior management, on matters that require explanation, interpretation, and / or advising
    Drive scoping, planning, and methodology for critical projects
