Vision6 is currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Team Lead with a focus on training and development.

This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are eager to be trained into a leadership role and make a significant impact within our organization.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the management team to learn about the company's products, services, and brand identity.
  • Support and assist the team in representing Vision6 at various outdoor events, storefronts & community gatherings.
  • Engage with event attendees to promote our brand and offerings, and provide guidance to team members on effective customer engagement strategies.
  • Learn and understand the intricacies of leadership and team management while working alongside experienced professionals.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement training programs for team members, focusing on areas such as customer engagement, product knowledge, and event management.
