    PeopleShare is currently hiring for an HR Generalist in the Princeton, NJ area with a rapidly growing company with opportunity for growth
    Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm(Fully in office) Pay: $30-$34/hr depending on experienceLocation: Princeton, NJ areaTemp to Permanent
    Responsibilities:
    • Handles employee conflict resolution
    • Handle employee succession and compensation conversations
    • Assists with PTO, Leave and open enrollment
    • Involved in screening and hiring of all positions
    • department of 1
    • 30% recruiting, 70% HR Generalist Work
    • All other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
    • Bachelors Degree OR Associates Degree required
    • 5+ Years experience in HR & HR Generalist roles
    • Experience with ADP Payroll & PTO systems a plus
