Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO and CFO with development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall nonprofit mission.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Fielding of employee relations inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Handle FMLA requests and other leave management processes
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management and career development
- Assist with time keeping and payroll processing using Paychex Flex and/or ADP or similar software
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions such as taxation, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and ATS platforms
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
Pay:
$52, $63,690.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
