Human Resources Specialist / HR Generalist (m/f/d)
for our location in Rengsdorf

Your tasks

  • Support the team with all basic HR tasks (contract management, payroll, time management, controlling, etc.)
  • Consult and support employees and managers in all HR matters
  • Design and implement HR marketing and recruiting
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of personnel development and succession planning
  • Participate in the introduction and implementation of projects and new tools (e.g. digitization)

Your profile

  • Degree in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on HR) or a comparable education
  • Several years of experience
