    PeopleShare is currently hiring for an HR Generalist in the Princeton, NJ area with a rapidly growing company with opportunity for growth


    Schedule:
    M-F 8:30am-5pm(Fully in office)


    Pay:
    $30-$34/hr depending on experience


    Location:
    Princeton, NJ area

    Temp to Permanent


    Responsibilities:
    Handles employee conflict resolution
    Handle employee succession and compensation conversations
    Assists with PTO, Leave and open enrollment
    Involved in screening and hiring of all positions
    department of 1
    30% recruiting, 70% HR Generalist Work
    All other duties as assigned


    Requirements:
    Bachelors Degree OR Associates Degree required
    5+ Years experience in HR & HR Generalist roles
    Experience with ADP Payroll & PTO systems a plus
