Your responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the personnel strategy
  • Preparation of organizational and personnel measures
  • Close and trusting collaboration with HR managers, management, and the works council
  • Recruiting: Ensuring the selection of personnel in close coordination with department managers and the Rheinmetall Recruiting Center
  • Analysis of development needs and derivation of measures
  • Administration: General administrative processing of all operational personnel matters, taking into account legal deadlines, requirements, and processes
  • Timekeeping
  • Management of personnel documents and maintenance of digital personnel files
  • Preparation and review of relevant documents for payroll
  • Ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
