    Overview:


    The Assistant Design Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Design and Sales teams and support all presentation initiatives.


    Key Accountabilities:
    Catalog maintenance of Active/Lifestyle brands for all product categories as well as proper communication to all cross functional team members
    Provide support to Design and Merchandising teams
    Maintain catalog organization by fielding requests from design/merchandising/sales by updating and maintaining catalogs i.e., removing styles when necessary
    Establish a strong understanding of available presentation tools and apply effective approaches to assist the sales team in presenting products to retailers
    Assist with SMU's and requests from sales team and effectively support the design team and processes
    Support the design process through customized presentation (i.e directed assortments) and effective communication cross functionally
    Prepare and maintain sample visual throughout the seasonal process
    Special projects as assigned

    Requirements

    Associate's Degree in Fashion Design or related field
    1+ year experience in a related position
    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
    Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

    Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners' products and set them apart from their competitors.

    Salary Description
    $50,000 - $55,000 per year
