    We are looking for someone who has experience in the following:

    • Producing tech packs for domestic and international production
    • Assisting in fittings and communicating pattern changes to pattern makers; ensuring correct changes are made
    • Recording detailed pattern changes and maintaining detailed pattern and tech pack catalogs
    • Checking patterns and markers before production (NYC production)
    • Delivering finalized cut tickets to the factory and being the day-to-day contact during production
    • Ordering trims and ensuring all trims and fabrics are at factories on time
    • Coordinating delivery dates with the sales and marketing team
    • Delivering or shipping PP samples and TOP for approval; scheduling meetings to review TOPs
    • Completing costing sheets and recording costs
    • Managing the overseas importing process
    • Tech QC: Ensuring all garments match tech pack specs (measurements, trims, etc)
    • Booking overseas 3rd Party Lab QC and communicating results
    • Working with the sales and marketing team to update ship dates
    • Shipping products in and out as needed (of the office)
    • Managing production interns
