    Job DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing and impactful marketing materials while also planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote the organization's products or services. This position is essential in ensuring brand consistency and maximizing marketing efforts across various channels.
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design and produce various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media graphics
    • Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
    • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
    • Create and manage content for social media platforms to engage the target audience
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, market opportunities, and competitor strategies
    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies
    • Support the creation of written content, including copywriting and proofreading, for marketing materials
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
    • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and trade shows
    • Manage and maintain the organization's visual brand identity and guidelines
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
    • Proven experience in graphic design and marketing coordination roles
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing best practices
    • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
    • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
    • Understanding of printing processes and requirements for various marketing materials
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies in graphic design and marketing
    • Strong organizational and project management abilities
    • Passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices
