    Job Posting: Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

    Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

    Company Overview: Join our established firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, as we seek a motivated and experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to contribute to our dynamic team. We handle a diverse caseload, providing legal representation in commercial, regulatory, product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, and insurance-coverage matters.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage various phases of litigation for assigned cases.
    • Handle all phases of discovery.
    • Appear before state and federal courts.
    • Perform legal research.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    • Conduct depositions.
    • Develop case facts and legal arguments.
    • Report case updates to managing attorney and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation.
    • Strong research and writing capabilities.
    • Significant experience in trial and deposition.
    • Bar license in the state of North Carolina.

    Work Environment:

    • Indoor office setting.
    • Hybrid position after an initial in-office training period.
