Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, or professional liability defense (must have)
• Strong research and writing capabilities are a must (must have)
• Ideal candidate has significant experience and develops talent in the areas of trial and deposition, legal writing, and legal research
• Manage various phases of litigation for assigned cases
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Develop strategies for litigated matters in areas such as commercial, product liability, and construction defect litigation
