    Description

    Seeking 2-5 years of Civil Litigation Associate Attorney in Charlotte, NC. Are you ready to kick your legal career into high gear? A well-established law firm in the exciting field of civil litigation. This is an amazing opportunity for experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorneys to join a growing, highly-collaborative, mid-sized, full-service law firm.

    Position Responsibilities for Civil Litigation Associate Attorney :

    *Support the general litigation practice.

    Assist clients in various areas of law.

    Conduct research, analyze data, and draft legal documents.

    *Research issues and draft legal documents

    *Utilize litigation technology support software

    *Conduct depositions, discovery, and case preparation

    Position Skills for Civil Litigation Associate Attorney :

    *2-5 years of Civil Litigation experience

    *Admission to North Carolina Bar

    *JD from an accredited law school

    *Civil Litigation experience, particularly in the federal system (strongly preferred)

    *Strong business acumen and ability to understand/articulate the value that our firm provides.

    *Proficient in litigation technology support software.

    *Excellent writing and editing skills.

    *Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

    *Knowledge of the business development process.

    *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    *Strong organizational and project management abilities.
